This weekly class, especially designed for students who need a slower paced, quieter environment, offers a gentle approach to practices which improve posture and relieve back pain. It is targeted for those who are ambulatory but might have physical limitations such as using a cane, bone fragility, balance issues, that make other back care classes less accessible. The Gentle Class will improve your strength and range of motion, and help you develop ease and awareness to support your day-to-day activities.  This class is especially good for Seniors.
