Yoga for Atheletes

Join Ashlee Willaman for weekly Yoga for Athletes classes (appropriate for all levels and athletic experience) with a focus on back care and dealing with athletic injuries. You’ll learn poses to increase flexibility, especially in the hips and legs, while building sport-specific core strength to help make you a better athlete while lowering your recovery time and risk of injury. The first part of the class will focus on the athlete’s tight spots (hips, hamstrings, calves, IT bands, groins, back and shoulders) and we’ll finish up with restorative poses, which are essential to the athlete’s recovery.
